As Pennsylvania’s Fiscal Standing Worsens, Dem Gov Tom Wolf’s Approval Ratings Fall

Pennsylvania Democrat Governor Tom Wolf’s popularity is reaching new lows as his state’s fiscal condition continues to worsen under his watch.

After Pennsylvania went broke for the first time in its history, Standard & Poor’s downgraded Pennsylvania’s credit rating this week, bringing it down to among the bottom five worst in the nation.

Now, Tom Wolf’s approval numbers are being downgraded as well.

A new poll out yesterday by Franklin & Marshall College reveals that Wolf’s approval rating is deeply underwater – 38% approve to 54% disapprove.

That’s a drop from May, when Wolf’s approval stood at 41%.

It’s clear that Pennsylvania voters are continuing to sour towards Wolf as his state’s fiscal situation worsens.
