NM turn out: GOP ⬆️ while DEMs?

Even with competitive Democratic primaries for attorney general, state auditor and state treasurer, Dem voter turnout tanked in New Mexico on Tuesday, according to a new report.

While GOP turnout increased 42% over 2018 primary election numbers, Dem voter turnout fell 7%.

What more? There are now 39,000 more registered Republican voters in NM than four years ago. ?

“Michelle Lujan Grisham’s countless scandals and inability to keep New Mexico’s violent crime epidemic under control, combined with Lujan Grisham’s and Joe Biden’s skyrocketing inflation, turned New Mexico into a swing state,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Voters are ready to send Governor Lujan Grisham packing, while even her most loyal allies can’t be bothered to make it to the polls.”
