Today, America’s leading small-business advocacy group – the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) – announced its endorsement for GOP Governor Chris Sununu’s re-election campaign in New Hampshire.
Bruce Berke, the NFIB’s New Hampshire State Director, touted Governor Sununu’s efforts to “cut regulations and business taxes” while opposing “unsustainable programs that could have led to a backdoor income tax.” Berke also noted that Governor Sununu “understands that small, family-owned businesses are the backbone of the New Hampshire economy” and that job creation occurs when regulatory burdens on businesses are lifted.
While his Democrat opponent Molly Kelly has spent her entire political career calling for higher taxes and fees that would take New Hampshire backwards, Governor Sununu’s commitment to cutting taxes and regulations shows he’s the only leader who will keep the Granite State moving forward.
