WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released a new web video today as Democrat Jack Hatch and Democrat Governor of Maryland, Martin O’Malley, campaign together on their shared tax-and-spend approach to governing.

“It’s no surprise Governor O’Malley is coming to Iowa to campaign with a fellow liberal Democrat who shares his fondness for tax hikes,” said RGA Communications Director Gail Gitcho. “O’Malley’s approach has only held Maryland down, and no good would come of Hatch letting those same liberal policies take hold in Iowa. Iowans don’t want – and they can’t afford – the O’Malley policies Hatch is embracing.”
