The Republican Governors Association released a new web video today highlighting how Democrat Governor Gina Raimondo’s words don’t match her record when it comes to bringing jobs back to Rhode Island.

While Raimondo has repeatedly emphasized her focus on job creation, with her staff even using phony or misleading stats at times to bolster her lackluster record, Rhode Island has been losing jobs for months, with the state’s unemployment rate now firmly above the national average. With almost four years of stagnant economic growth, consistent bottom ten business rankings, and high-paying manufacturing job losses, Rhode Island deserves better than Gina Raimondo.
