GOP Governor Charlie Baker’s focus on job creation and improving Massachusetts’ business climate continues to pay off for the people of his state. New rankings by 24/7 Wall Street rate Massachusetts as the No. 1 overall Best State in the country to do business, noting its high average salaries and educated workforce.
These rankings come after Governor Baker’s pro-jobs, pro-growth policies have had a notable positive impact on the Commonwealth’s economy, with the unemployment rate falling to just 3.5 percent, well below the national rate, as thousands of new jobs have been created since he took office.
Thanks to Governor Baker’s bipartisan efforts to promote job growth and increase opportunity for the people of his state, Massachusetts’ business climate continues to improve, serving as a strong example for pro-jobs policies.
