Despite assuming the governorship of Iowa only seven months ago, GOP Governor Kim Reynolds is already posting strong ratings as Iowans approve of her steady leadership and economic growth initiatives.
A new poll from the Des Moines Register finds that 51 percent of Iowa voters give her high marks. Reynolds’ 21-point approval margin in a swing state puts her in a strong position for the 2018 election.
Reynolds has presided over a period of strong economic growth for Iowa, headlined by Apple’s announcement of a 1.3 billion investment in the state.
Iowans understand that Governor Reynolds’ steady leadership is exactly what their state needs to grow jobs and opportunity.
