New Jersey is $44.4 billion dollars in debt, the state’s unemployment system is crippled by an unprecedented number of claims, and the Motor Vehicle Commission is a complete nightmare for residents to navigate, yet yesterday Governor Murphy announced that his focus is on giving taxpayer money away to illegal immigrants.
Remember, illegal immigrants already received $1,400 stimulus checks under the American Rescue plan signed into law by President Biden.
“New Jersey families and small businesses continue to struggle as the pandemic rages on, yet illegal immigrants are Murphy’s focus,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Instead of doubling down on Biden’s stimulus checks for unlawful residents, Governor Murphy should consider using aid money in a way that benefits workers, students and New Jersey citizens who desperately need access to the multiple dysfunctional state agencies under his watch.”
