“Phil Murphy has been governing New Jersey though the COVID-19 pandemic by the seat of his pants — refusing to take the time to understand the data he was basing his decisions on,” said RGA Spokesman Will Reinert. “New Jersey residents should be outraged that Murphy made uninformed decisions about shutting down New Jersey’s economy or the lack of in-person learning in schools.”
