Mills still won’t demand Biden end border crisis

Ten governors just returned from a visit to the Rio Grande where they laid out simple policy changes President Biden could implement to solve the border crisis, yet Janet Mills is no where in sight.

Remember, record amounts of drugs coming across the border are killing Mainers.

Governor Mills already heard the heartbreaking testimony from the Commander of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency Scott Pelletier that “fentanyl seems to be showing up in every kind of drug.” I guess nothing will ever be enough to cause Mills to demand Biden implement border policies to keep her state’s residents safe.

“Enough fentanyl was seized at the border this year to kill every American seven times, yet Governor Mills is mum when it comes to holding Biden accountable for his lack of a plan to keep Mainers safe,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Janet Mills ought to admit politics comes before the well-being of her state’s residents if she won’t demand Biden put forward policies to end the border crisis.”
