Larry Sabato On Tom Perriello’s Flip-Flops: “Willing To Present Himself As Whatever He Needs To Be”

Since launching his campaign for Virginia governor, failed Democrat Congressman Tom Perriello has been shameless in building his campaign platform to cater to who he’s speaking with at any given moment. In a new report from the Washington Free Beacon, University of Virginia political analyst Larry Sabato comments on Perriello’s willingness to flip-flop and say or do anything:

“‘Perriello is recreating himself as a part of this new wave, but that wasn’t what he was in 2008,’ Sabato said. ‘He’s changed a lot of positions since then.’

‘Perriello is obviously more than willing to present himself as whatever he needs to be at any given gathering,’ he said.”

After flip-flopping on every issue from offshore drilling to the Second Amendment, Tom Perriello thinks he can fool Virginians into voting for him by telling them whatever they want to hear. But unfortunately for Perriello, Commonwealth voters know that he is nothing more than a far-left politician willing to say or do anything for the opportunity to impose his radical agenda.
