Today, 26 Republican governors urged President Biden to finally take action on his increasingly dangerous border crisis, and demanded a meeting with the President.

With over 1.3 million illegal crossings since January, and over 208,000 in August alone, Biden’s border crisis is impacting nearly ever corner of the country as crime continues to rise in Connecticut.

Yet Ned Lamont refuses to acknowledge the crisis, declining to send National Guard troops to the border, and taking anti-police stances.

“The effects of Joe Biden’s border crisis continue to permeate throughout the country and Ned Lamont’s refusal to address the crisis is putting the people of Connecticut at risk,” said RGA Spokesperson Chris Gustafson. “Lamont’s inaction and refusal to confront Biden will cost him next November when he becomes a one term governor.”
