Katie Hobbs was asked by Fox 9 about two-thirds of her staff quitting her campaign team because of the “emotionally abusive atmosphere,“ and Hobbs’ response is as tone deaf as they come:
“We are focused on building an inclusive team where folks are respected…” — Katie Hobbs on the “inclusive” atmosphere that caused 66% of her staff to quit.
Also worth noting: Katie Hobbs said she has “100% confidence” in her campaign manager who many staffers pointed the finger at for creating such a hostile work environment.
“Whether firing a black female staffer after she asked to be paid the same as her colleagues performing the same job or fostering a hostile work environment that caused 66% of staffers to quit, Katie Hobbs is a serial emotional abuser,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Katie Hobbs should be thinking about attending a training seminar, not the governor’s mansion.”
