Janet Mills increases cost of lobstering for fishermen

Janet Mills will not stop punching ME lobstermen and lobsterwomen while they are down.

The Mills administration will increase the price of the mandated annual identification tags for traps by 50 percent this year as the lobster industry already faces higher fuel and bait prices, according to the Bangor Daily News.

“Janet Mills and Joe Biden will stop at nothing to destroy Maine’s lobster industry for their pie in the sky environmental agenda,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Costs keep adding up as Democrats mandate lobstermen and lobsterwomen use equipment that cannot be found, ban fishing in the most profitable months, and crowd and destroy lobstering grounds with their offshore wind plan.”
