Yet again, Governor Tony Evers’ latest ad is filled with lies. After last month’s education ad was brutally fact-checked, he’s out with more propaganda this morning.
Instead of taking responsibility for Wisconsin’s failing schools, he’s shifting blame and accusing Republicans of being divisive. Not only did Evers shut parents out of their child’s education, he vetoed a bill that would have banned divisive critical race theory teaching in Wisconsin’s schools.
“Self-proclaimed ‘education governor’ Evers is failing Honesty with Voters 101,” said RGA Spokeswoman Maddie Anderson. “Evers’ education record as governor can be defined by two things: his refusal to ban CRT and shutting parents out of the classroom.”
