Does Katie Hobbs realize she is running for Governor in AZ?
Following the Biden administration’s announcement that they will allow Title 42, a public health order that provided an expedited deportation process of illegal immigrants, to expire, Hobbs praised the move — even breaking with fellow Democratic Senators Sinema & Kelly on the issue.
“A wannabe border state governor should understand border policy, but Katie Hobbs continues to promote policy positions better suited for a candidate from New York than Arizona,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Even both of the state’s Democratic U.S. Senators know keeping Title 42 in place is the right move and ‘ripped‘ Biden for allowing it to expire. Yet Hobbs continues to prove her radical immigration policies would only worsen drug and crime in Arizona if elected chief executive.”
