WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released the following statement praising Governor Phil Scott’s results-driven leadership in Vermont.
“With Governor Phil Scott’s commitment to confronting his state’s challenges with bipartisan, pro-growth solutions, the people of Vermont are experiencing results from his leadership,” said RGA Chairman Governor Bill Haslam. “Since taking office, Governor Scott has stood firm against tax hikes, promoted new opportunities for working families, and worked tirelessly to combat the opioid crisis. The RGA is proud to support Governor Phil Scott’s re-election so he can continue leading Vermont forward in a second term.”
