GOP Governor Scott Walker’s pro-jobs policies continue to pay off for the people of Wisconsin. Newly released jobs numbers show that the state has reached another all-time high for employment while continuing its streak of five straight months, with unemployment below three percent.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Wisconsin gained 7,400 non-farm and 5,500 private-sector jobs last month. Since last year, 41,500 more people are employed in the Badger State, raising the total number of employed Wisconsinites to over 3 million.
As Wisconsin’s economy continues to experience record-breaking growth thanks to Governor Walker’s pro-jobs leadership, working families across the state are reaping the rewards of his policies.
