Fried Invokes Hitler in Her Desperation

In case you somehow missed it this weekend, Nikki Fried opted to compare Ron DeSantis to Adolf Hitler.

You read that correctly, the Florida Democrat, who is perhaps the most desperate to stay relevant in the three-way primary, compared a sitting governor to Hitler and his policies to that of Nazi Germany. And just to make sure there was no confusion, she doubled down on the comparison on Twitter the following day.

“Given the lack of class in every aspect of her life and political rhetoric, it should come as no surprise Nikki Fried is willing to stoop this low to remain relevant,” said RGA spokesperson Joanna Rodriguez. “To invoke murderers like Hitler and Fidel Castro as a comparison to any elected official is disgusting and out of line. Florida Democrats up and down the ballot should condemn her rhetoric and call on Fried to do better and stop disgracing her office.”

Charlie Crist and Annette Taddeo have so far not commented on Fried’s Hitler comparison.
