Following Disturbing New Report On Alleged Bribery, RGA Calls On Florida Dem Gov Candidate Gwen Graham To Finally Release Her Congressional Records

WASHINGTON D.C. – According to a disturbing new allegation reported in the Daily Caller, former Democrat IT aide Imran Awan solicited a bribe in exchange for a contract with Gwen Graham’s congressional office. Awan was arrested by the FBI in July 2017 for bank fraud after attempting to flee to Pakistan.

Following this report, the Republican Governors Association released the following statement calling on Gwen Graham to live up to her rhetoric on transparency by releasing all her congressional records related to Democrat IT aide Imran Awan:

“The recent allegation of attempted bribery in Gwen Graham’s congressional office raises troubling questions,” said RGA spokesman David Weinman. “Graham should live up to her rhetoric on transparency and finally release all of her congressional records, especially those related to Imran Awan. If Graham fails to do so, Florida voters will be left to wonder what she is hiding.”
