Florida Dems Look To Tame Gov Primary Circus With…Patrick Murphy?

Florida Democrats continue to show why they keep losing gubernatorial elections.

Establishment Democrats recruited out-of-touch typical politicians like Gwen Graham and Philip Levine to run in their primary. But, unsurprisingly, these candidates have consistently struggled amid poor fundraising, paltry activist support, and repeated episodes of hypocrisy. To make matters worse, just last week, Graham and Levine were widely ridiculed as “not ready for prime time” for displaying “no grasp” of policy during their lackluster debate performances.

Now, things have gotten so desperate that Florida Democrats are calling in back-up. But, instead of doing the hard work of finding a candidate who is in-sync with Florida values, Democrats are just recycling their greatest hits of failed candidacies.

Remarkably, Patrick Murphy, another out-of-touch typical politician, who’s most notable for repeatedly making up his resume, is considering entering the race.

The fact that a failed and discredited candidate like Murphy thinks he could still be competitive is a testament to the weakness of the Democrat field. Floridians deserve better than this embarrassing Democrat circus.
