Democrat Governors Silent Following Joe Biden’s Unconstitutional Overreach

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Following the announcement of Joe Biden’s unconstitutional federal mandate, numerous Republican governors declared they would fight back to protect the rights of their state and those of the constituents they were elected to represent. Democrat governors have largely been silent as their Party’s leader tramples states’ rights.

“Joe Biden’s egregious disregard for states’ authority and attacks on the business community are the latest example of his big government approach causing great damage to our country. As Biden threatens all governors who refuse to go along with his unconstitutional mandate, will Democrat governors who blindly follow Biden’s every move speak out?” said RGA Communications Director Jesse Hunt. “The struggle to recover from the pandemic has been real for business owners, and now Biden seems intent on using the Department of Labor to punish them further.
