In the Alaska governor’s race, it’s clear that Republican Mike Dunleavy is fighting for change, while Democrat Mark Begich is just another career politician who’s out for himself.
While Dunleavy has spent the past four years in Juneau fighting Bill Walker’s cuts to the Permanent Fund, Mark Begich has been in Washington, making millions as a DC insider.
At a debate on Thursday, Dunleavy noted this stark contrast and called out Begich for abandoning Alaska to pad his own pockets.
During a difficult time for Alaska, Mark Begich was nowhere to be found. He can’t be trusted to bring change.
