President Biden stopped in New Jersey today to promote his massive spending plan alongside Phil Murphy.
Need two reasons why won’t this help Phil Murphy in his campaign for Governor amidst alarmingly low Democrat voter enthusiasm?
- Independent voters list “‘economy/inflation/jobs’ as their top concern, with ‘immigration and border security’ close behind and then ‘covid-19 pandemic recovery.” What’s missing? No policy items included in Biden’s spending deal come to mind as a priority for independent voters according to polling reported on in the Washington Post.

“Families struggle to survive in the highest taxed state in the nation as the cost of everything from gas to groceries spikes because of President Joe Biden’s reckless spending,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Garden Staters want their jobs back and a lower cost of living, and the fact that Murphy and Biden already proved they aren’t up to the task ought to give Democrats heartburn as election day nears in New Jersey.”
