President Biden was just minutes away from the southern border (via AF1) this weekend while being briefed on New Mexico’s wildfires in Santa Fe, yet couldn’t bother to view the crisis at the border firsthand for the first time in his life.
“Michelle Lujan Grisham and Joe Biden both refuse to acknowledge the crisis at the border in New Mexico,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “While the governors of Arizona and Texas place troops at the border to keep families in their states safe from crime and drugs, Governor Lujan Grisham told her state’s border troops to go home.”
