Biden & Mills make life EVEN harder for lobster fishing industry

If you are a Maine lobsterman or lobsterwoman you and your family cannot catch a break with Democrats in charge.

According to a new report, the Biden Administration will mandate lobster fishing boats have an electronic tracking device installed starting next year.

The lobster industry’s fear? That “the data could be used against them, particularly to aid with the siting offshore wind turbines.“

Remember, Governor Mills moved forward with her offshore wind plan that will further crowd fishing grounds and President Biden banned lobstering in some of the most profitable months of the year for the fishing industry.

“Joe Biden works overtime to ensure the lobster fishing industry is no more while Janet Mills encourages radical environmental policies to expedite the demise of coastal families’ livelihoods,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Democrats’ policies continue to endanger lobstermen’s and lobsterwomen’s jobs, yet Governor Mills refuses to both end her offshore wind project or make a personal appeal to President Biden to revise his job killing regulation.”
