Radical liberal Cathy Glasson is running an unapologetically far-left campaign based on a potentially massive $12 billion tax hike. While Republicans in the state, led by GOP Governor Kim Reynolds, are working on a plan to cut taxes, Glasson has reiterated her opposition to putting more money in the pockets of hardworking Iowa families.
In an interview with Iowa Public Radio, Cathy Glasson was asked about Republican efforts to cut Iowa’s income taxes. Her response? Tax cuts are “not gonna help Iowans.”
GLASSON: What they’re debating on in the state house now is not in Iowa’s best interest. These are not gonna help Iowans.
