WASHINGTON, D.C. – Republican Governors Association Chairman Bobby Jindal issued the following statement concerning the revelation that Terry McAuliffe is still involved with the tarnished green car company GreenTech Automotive:
“Time and time again, Terry McAuliffe has failed to tell the truth to Virginia voters. After announcing earlier this year that McAuliffe left the federally investigated GreenTech Automotive, we now learn that was just another false statement as officials have been using McAuliffe’s name to recruit new prospects into investing in the troubled company. Terry McAuliffe’s level of dishonesty clearly knows no bounds. As many in Virginia are learning every day, you just can’t trust Terry McAuliffe.”
