Michelle Lujan Grisham said she signed into law reforms protecting New Mexico’s most vulnerable children, but KOAT pulled back the curtain on her claims and found it all to be a big lie.
“A child was beaten to death, yet Michelle Lujan Grisham’s response is to take credit for a bill that she vetoed after it passed the state legislature unanimously,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “If Governor Lujan Grisham will lie about common-sense reforms to help abused children, she will lie to New Mexicans about any issue without giving it a second thought.”
