Three northeast state Governors, along with 23 other GOP governors, today requested a meeting with President Biden to demand he end the crisis at the border.
But with record amounts of drugs coming across the border and killing Mainers, Janet Mills refuses to call on Biden to end the crisis even as “fentanyl seems to be showing up in every kind of drug,” according to commander Scott Pelletier of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
“No matter what policy it is and how it hurts Mainers, Janet Mills never had the political courage to stand up to President Biden,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert.“Record amounts of fentanyl is flowing across the border, but Janet Mills continues to turn a blind eye to the root cause of Maine’s overdose and crime crisis.”
