WASHINGTON D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released a new digital ad in New Jersey today, highlighting Democrat Governor Phil Murphy’s decision to impose a rain tax on already overtaxed New Jersey families.

“Phil Murphy is so committed to taxing the people of his state, now he’s making them pay for the rain,” said RGA Communications Director Amelia Chassé Alcivar. “Murphy’s rain tax is just the latest example of how far he’s willing to go to impose his far-left, tax-and-spend agenda on working families. His failed, out-of-touch leadership continues to take New Jersey backward with each passing day.”
