
Florida Democrat gubernatorial nominee Andrew Gillum is once again getting called out by fact checkers for making absurd Socialist claims.
In August, The Washington Post gave Gillum “Three Pinnochios” for claiming that his government takeover of health care would save money, when it reality it would cost over $32 trillion and require more than DOUBLING income taxes
Now, Politifact is calling out Gillum for parroting a discredited talking point from his close Socialist ally Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, giving Gillum a “Pants on Fire” rating for falsely claiming Florida’s unemployment rate is only low because people are working multiple jobs.
Gillum’s tax-hiking, anti-jobs agenda would be such an economic disaster that he has make blatantly false claims to sell it. Floridians can’t trust Gillum to be honest or to be a responsible steward of their state’s economy.
