NEW POLL: GOP Governor Henry McMaster Holds Commanding 14-Point Lead In South Carolina Governor’s Race

A new poll by the Trafalgar Group shows GOP Governor Henry McMaster is in strong position for re-election in South Carolina, holding a commanding 14-point lead over Democrat James Smith  – 50.7 percent to 36.7 percent.

While Smith has spent his career supporting higher taxes on working families while pushing a far-left agenda that would reverse South Carolina’s economic progress, Governor McMaster’s pro-jobs policies have continued to deliver results for the people of his state, adding 23,000 new jobs and bringing in a record $8 billion in capital investment.

With nearly a month to go until Election Day, South Carolina voters are making it clear that they want their state to keep moving forward under Governor McMaster’s leadership.
