It’s no surprise a majority of Michiganders disapprove of Gretchen Whitmer and want to elect a Republican governor in November.
Whitmer’s top campaign promise in 2018 was to ‘fix the damn roads’, but according to a new survey 93 percent of voters in the state disapprove of Whitmer’s crumbling roads.
The EPIC-MRA poll found that fixing the state’s infrastructure is the biggest issue facing Michigan, so it’s no wonder only 31 percent of voters think the state’s headed in the right direction under Whitmer.
“Gretchen Whitmer has completely failed to ‘fix the damn roads’ and Michiganders are feeling the pain at every intersection across the state,” said RGA Spokesman Chris Gustafson. “Aside from throwing cold patch at the wind, Whitmer has made no serious efforts to address the state’s crumbling infrastructure. Families deserve better than hypocritical politicians like Whitmer.”
