The Republican Governors Association congratulates Governor Rick Perry on his re-election. The Republican Governors Association was a key investor in Governor Perry’s victory, giving $3 million to his campaign.
“Rick Perry knows how to govern and he knows how to campaign,” said RGA chairman Haley Barbour. “That combination is lethal to anyone who tries to take on Governor Perry, including the national Democrats who targeted Rick this year. Rick fought for our conservative values and easily won the day.”
