RGA Statement on Pennsylvania Gubernatorial Primary

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association (RGA) released the following statement in response to the Pennsylvania Republican gubernatorial primary:

“Congratulations to Stacy Garrity on becoming the official Republican nominee for governor. As a trusted public servant, Garrity understands what it takes to fight for Pennsylvania. From fighting waste, fraud, and abuse to bringing more transparency to state government, Pennsylvania families know they can trust Stacy Garrity to restore the Commonwealth,” said RGA Chair Governor Greg Gianforte. “While Josh Shapiro chases his political ambitions, Pennsylvania is drowning in a multi-billion dollar deficit. Shapiro is out of touch and Pennsylvanians are paying the price.”
