RGA Statement on the Ohio Gubernatorial Primary

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association (RGA) released the following statement in response to the Ohio Gubernatorial Primary:

“Congratulations to Vivek Ramaswamy on his victory. Vivek’s promise to Ohio families is simple: lower costs, bigger paychecks, and a world class education for Ohio’s kids. He has spent his career turning bold ideas into real results, and stands ready to make Ohio the best place to live, work, and raise a family,” said RGA Chair and Montana Governor Greg Gianforte. “Ohio families have seen the disastrous results of Amy Acton’s progressive leadership. Acton will treat taxpayers like an open checkbook, implementing the same failed tax-and-spend policies that led to crushing inflation and smaller paychecks.”
