WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association (RGA) released the following statement in response to the Michigan gubernatorial primary:
“Congratulations to John James on his primary victory. James is a combat veteran, job creator, and a leader who can deliver results, clean up corruption, lower costs, and bring transparency to healthcare,” said RGA Chair Governor Greg Gianforte. “In contrast, Democrat Jocelyn Benson has spent years at the center of controversy. From allegedly funneling millions to extremists groups to violating Michigan’s campaign finance laws, Benson has proven she is not fit to lead. Michigan families deserve a governor fighting for them – not her own self interests.”

Kansas needs a Governor who can keep us moving forward. That person is Ethan Corson. He is a true public servant, a middle-of-the-road leader, and a good man who wants this job for all the right reasons. I am proud to endorse @ethancorson for Governor of Kansas. https://t.co/Csf2Bjf6tx
