Racist Sign Appears at Liberal Protest Against Virginia Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears

WASHINGTON, D.C. – As Abigail Spanberger supporters rallied outside of the Arlington County School Board meeting last night, protesting Virginia Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears’ speech condemning the school board for defying the U.S. Department of Education’s directive to protect privacy in bathrooms and locker rooms, an overtly racist sign was on full display:

Just as Spanberger has been silent on every scandal in Northern Virginia schools, Spanberger has refused to directly comment on the racist sign. Instead of Spanberger herself condemning blatant racism as the event unfolded, she hid behind a campaign spokesperson who only commented in hopes of making the story go away. Yes, really. The absurdity is not lost on anyone.

“The blatant hypocrisy of the ‘tolerant’ Left was on full view in Virginia and it’s absolutely disgusting. What’s even more disgusting is Abigail Spanberger’s refusal to directly condemn this,” said RGA Rapid Response Director Kollin Crompton. “A retweet from a local news report referencing a campaign spokesperson isn’t a statement. It’s insulting and cowardly.”
