New RGA Ad: North Carolina Can Do Better

The Republican Governors Association began airing a new television ad in North Carolina today featuring small business owners outlining the failures of Walter Dalton’s high tax policies.

“Again and again, Walter Dalton has supported raising taxes during his political career, and his high-tax approach is costing North Carolina jobs,” said RGA communications director Mike Schrimpf. “Under Dalton’s leadership, North Carolina has the worst business tax climate in the South and the highest unemployment rate in the region too.”

“North Carolina’s comeback begins by turning away from the job-crushing policies of Walter Dalton, who has helped lead the tax-and-spend crowd in Raleigh for more than a decade,” Schrimpf said. “North Carolina needs a reform-minded governor like Pat McCrory, who will make job creation his top priority.”
