Hillary Over Hoosiers: John Gregg Caught Misleading Voters Again On Support For Clinton

After serving as a Chairman for Hillary Clinton’s Presidential Campaign, and donating thousands to her in the Democratic primary, it’s no secret John Gregg is one of Hillary Clinton’s most dedicated supporters. When Hillary vowed to put Indiana coal miners out of work and Indiana coal companies out of business, Gregg stayed silent, making it abundantly clear that he will fight for Hillary’s liberal policies, not Hoosier families.

But time and again, Gregg has gone to great lengths to try and mislead Indiana voters on his support for Hillary. The latest instance comes from Gregg’s interview over the weekend with FOX59′s IN Focus:

“On this week’s edition of IN Focus, Gregg was asked multiple times if he supported Clinton for President, but he wouldn’t directly answer.” (Dan Spehler, “Gregg Distancing Himself From Clinton After Attack Ads?” FOX59, 9/18/2016)

Gregg then tried to claim ignorance, stating that he was unaware if Hillary had been to visit the state, when in fact she had visited multiple times. Gregg even attended a private fundraiser with Hillary, just last year.

“Gregg was also asked why he didn’t appear at any of Clinton’s campaign events, and actually said he was not aware she had been in the state this year, when in fact, she did make a handful of appearances before the May primary, and at the Mayor’s conference in Indianapolis this summer.” (Dan Spehler, “Gregg Distancing Himself From Clinton After Attack Ads?” FOX59, 9/18/2016)

The exchange was such a disaster for Gregg, a spokesman for his gubernatorial campaign was forced to follow up clarify his stance.

“He is obviously a Democrat and supports the Democratic nominee for President- although he doesn’t always agree with her or anyone 100% of the time,’ said campaign communications director Jeff Harris, who also added that Gregg said he would support the party’s nominee throughout the primary process.” (Dan Spehler, “Gregg Distancing Himself From Clinton After Attack Ads?” FOX59, 9/18/2016)

Hoosier voters can’t trust John Gregg to be honest with them about his support for Hillary Clinton. How could they trust him to lead the state?
